Fractus selected to be a member of the Standard Advisory Committee before the European Patent Office

Munich, June 20, 2018 – Fractus has been selected to be a member of the prestigious Standard Advisory Committee before the European Patent Office (SACEPO), as a recognized expert in the IP field.

 

The Standing Advisory Committee before the European Patent Office (SACEPO) was created in 1978 with the objective to allow the industry to give their opinions and debate on different aspects of the European patent system developments, for instance, some of the aspects to be discussed are: quality on the patent grant process, e-business projects, regulation and revision of the examination guidelines and patent documentation and information.
