Fractus actively defends the IP of the Small and Medium Enterprises position at the EU Parliament

Brussels, April 16, 2018 – Mr. Ruben Bonet, President and CEO of Fractus, spoke at the EU Parliament last Tuesday about the benefits for the European SMEs of having a European Patent Court and a Unified Patent System, as well as sharing the successful IP strategy of the company so far.

 

It was a great opportunity to increment the EU policy makers attention on the recent events taken place in European courts related to IP matters that affect SMEs like Fractus.

 

European Patent Office executives such as Ms. Margot Fröhlinger, EPO Principal Director, and Mr. Yann Meniere, EPO Chief Economist, and several EU policy makers participated in the discussion together with a significant number of executives based in Brussels
